Sometimes going on a playdate with Big Red is fuel for the soul. This week I invited two new friends I met on Instagram to play out with Big Red and I. They both had two gorgeous totally gorgeous Triumph motorbikes. A custom Street Twin and the other a Bonneville – again with many modifications. We met outside the Broadway Deli and then moved across the road to the Lygon Arms front doorway. Marcus the manager passed by and joined in the photos… in fact lots of people did! We were certianly centre of attention and the evening seemed to be the first bike night out in the area as the whole of the road was buzzing with bikes and other historic cars. It was like being in an Italian Piazza where, everyone promendades for the sunset hour. I decided to shoot with my Noctilux and I am so pleased I did, hardly any editing to be had, simply a few straightening horizons and one or two black and whites to create. I love that Leica lens on my M10P. I have left most of the photos in as I took them for the boys and I to use for our Instagram accounts, many sister shots, but that’s me, I like to cover all angles.
Enjoy the photos. You can find the boys on their instagram accounts:
