Vintage Hot Rod Races on the Leica Blog

Delighted as always to see my photographs and words in print whether its on paper or on-line and today I am happy to share with you my photographs from the Vintage Hot Rod Association Beach races at Pendine Sands on the Leica Blog. I shot the story using my Leica M6 TTL along with my newest lens the 50mm F1.4 Summilux M and then my old favourites the beast (Leica M Elmarit 135mm f2.8) with his little binoculars, and my trusty Leica 75mm F1.4 Summilux M. I used the Kodak Cine Vision3 50d and 250d as I seem to be in love with this film. I turned some into black and whites with the Silver Efex Pro Lightroom Plugin but left the colour negatives exactly as shot, so the colours are really squewiff on some. That’s what I love about film.  Anyway, enjoy the article below and also check out my galleries now live on the website. Lots of love
